Return Policy
At CameraSpot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Products found damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete are addressed under our returns policy with no questions asked.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7-days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. In such cases, CameraSpot will cover return shipping costs.
Failing to initiate a return request within the acceptable time limit, your request will be considered null and void.
Conditions for Exchange/Returns
- Original invoice to be provided for exchange and returns
- The product must be in new and unused condition
- Returned product contains tags, user manuals, warranty cards, invoice, and accessories
- If a product that needs to be exchanged is out of stock, your return request will be considered void
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
If the returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected
Modes of Refund
Camerspot offers the following modes of refund for the ease of its customers
- Credit/Debit Card Refund: If the original purchase was made using a credit or debit card, the refund can be processed back to the same card.
- Jazz Cash/Easy Paisa Refund: Refund amount can be transferred on mobile accounts
- Refund amount Exchange: The customer can choose to exchange the product for a different item instead of a refund.
- Bank Transfer: For online purchases, the store may offer a bank transfer as a mode of refund.
Exceptions
- Promotional and Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Electrical products cannot be returned
